Our client chose a specialist printed brochure cover concept to maximise visual impact – a combination of metallic printing inks and metallic foil blocking on a tactile Colorplan cover board.
The printed brochure text pages were printed in full colour throughout showing stunning visual artworks of the properties with floor plans in metallic gold to generate a luxury feel throughout the brochure.
