Summary:
Our client asked us to help review their monthly magazine printing specifications to reflect their inherent commitment to sustainable environmental values and invited us to work with them to find a solution.
Subsequently we put forward a selection of printed magazine mock-ups on different recycled FSC papers from which to choose.
After much deliberation a 100% recycled matte uncoated paper with a soft texture and an off-white shade was selected.
The entire management team were delighted with the visual effects of the recycled fibres in the stock and the magazine was very well received by all.
As availability of the paper was limited and the regular magazine run lengths were high we arranged for bespoke bulk paper makings in advance direct from the mill to help reduce paper costs and minimise paper waste.
We also took control of the magazine distribution through our mailing and fulfilment department.
